Lola’s at century house

Settle into a plush banquette at Lola's. Feel the embrace of old world opulence while you savour the delights of new world cuisine.  The room glistens with midnight blue and goldleafed vaulted ceilings, enormous lead glass windows, and marble, crystal and carved wood detailing - a gracious setting for the award-winning cuisine that is inspired by the world's finest.

The menu reflects both a sense of adventure and classical methods.  Imagine a meal that marries fresh Pacific Northwest flavours with the fire of Africa, the delicate balance of Asia, and the traditions of France.  The menu changes seasonally, with daily offerings such as Wild Boar Bucatini and Rare Grilled Ahi Tuna.

The wine list complements this international fare with selections from aroudn the world.  Add the renowned champagne cocktail and martini list and you will know what we mean when we say, "Whatever Lola want, Lolas gets"!

Lola's died of consumption on August 6, 1998 at the tender age of 3 1/2 years.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.  She lead a colourful life which streaked through our lives like a comet.  We mourn her passing and will always remember her fondly and with great joy.

In lieu of flowers (although Lola's did love flowers) please tell someone you love them.
